Shipping & Returns


A flat rate fee of $10 will apply to orders within Canada.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT ship to P.O. boxes anywhere. A flat rate fee of $20 will apply to orders from U.S. customers — customers are responsible for additional duties and taxes. 

Please make sure you enter the delivery address correctly as we cannot be responsible wrong delivery information


Your order from the sale will be processed (picked & packed) within 5-7 business days from the order being confirmed by us. 

Once the order is processed, we then hand it over to Canada Post who will be responsible for delivering to you in an additional 3-5 business days.  

Once your order has been prepared for shipping will receive an email notification from us with tracking information from Canada Post.

We aren't Amazon so if you need it next day, please reconsider! 

Tracking Your Shipment 

Once you receive your tracking information, you will be able to follow your order's journey through Canada Posts's website. Once your order has been shipped, StyleDemocracy is no longer responsible for the package. If it is misplaced or damaged, the purchaser(you) is responsible for following up with the shipping company (Canada Post). 

A signature or ID may be required upon delivery for certain purchases. If you are not home to receive your order, please correspond with the shipping company to schedule a pickup or new delivery. 

Returns and Exchanges 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Due to the nature of StyleDemocracy sale events. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments. For each sale event, branded size charts are available. We suggest double checking your size before you submit your order as we cannot exchange for a different size.

In the case that you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect (a colour or style you didn't order), please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at with your order number and a description of the problem. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a solution.
