What is the return policy at StyleDemocracy?

Due to the discounted price of everything we sell on StyleDemocracy, all sales are FINAL SALE. - including in-person events and online sales

There are No Price Adjustments, No Returns, No Exchanges or Refunds, so please be sure of your purchase before you commit.

If you have an issue with the product you've received, please contact us within 3 business days to discuss at service@styledemocracy.com. We will assess all situations on a case-by-case basis.

What methods of payment are accepted? 

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Basically if the card says yes, then we say yes!

Sometimes we might run special events with one of our payment partners which means that you can only pay with that payment method. But typically, we accept all major cards. 

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, All Sales Are Final. We do not offer order edits, price adjustments, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. 

What if there's a mistake with my order upon delivery? 

While we do our best to be accurate with every order, sometimes mistakes happen! If there's a mistake with your order, please email us with 72 hours with your order number to service@styledemocracy.com. We'll look at each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a solution. 

How does shipping work? 

Due to the structure of our online sales, shipping options will vary for each event. 

Sometimes the brand will handle shipping itself. However, orders delivered by us within Canada are sent via Canada Post. Orders to the United States are sent through FedEx or Canada Post. 

1) Order ConfirmationAfter your order has been placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from StyleDemocracy.

Once the order is confirmed, it will take anywhere from 3-7 business days to prepare your shipment for shipping with Canada Post based on the event. The accurate time frame will be presented in your confirmation email and on the Shipping & Returns page. 

2) Shipping Confirmation - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from Canada Post. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home to receive the package, please reach out to the shipping company to organize a pickup or new shipping date. 

How long will it take to receive my order?  Estimated delivery time will vary by events. However, all orders from StyleDemocracy are typically processed by us and ready to be handed over to Canada Post within 3 to 7 business days after the sale event ends. Processing times vary by event. Refer to the Shipping & Returns page. 

Once the order has been processed and packed, we hand it over to our shipping partner to deliver it to you. Delivery will be 3 to 5 additional days depending on the delivery location. Please note that due to current delays with the postal service, your order may take a bit longer than usual to get to you — please be patient!

How Do I Track My Shipment?  Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. As you receive your tracking information, you will be able to follow your order's journey through the shipping company's website. Once your order has been shipped, StyleDemocracy is no longer liable for the package. If it is misplaced or damaged, the purchaser is responsible for following up with the shipping company. 

For purchases, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not home to receive the package, please reach out to the shipping to organize a pickup or new shipping date. 

What happens when I create an account with StyleDemocracy? 

When you create an account, there are three things that will happen: 

You'll start receiving weekly newsletters and exclusive notifications about contests and StyleDemocracy's online and physical warehouse, sample, and pop-up sale events. 

If at anytime you wish to change the way you receive emails, you can unsubscribe (withdraw your consent) or change your email preferences at any time by clicking at the bottom of every email. 

You'll get access to your order history and your shipping information will be saved for future purchases. 

Is everything sold on StyleDemocracy authentic? 

Yes!  Everything sold online is 100% authentic. We only work directly with the brands you love to guarantee this.
