Why isn’t my payment going through?

There could be several reasons for payment issues, including incorrect payment details, insufficient funds, or restrictions from your bank. Please double-check your information and contact your bank if the issue continues.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days but can take longer depending on the courier.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified, pending availability and credit card verification. During promotional periods, this may take up to 5-7 business days. International orders ship within 5-8 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact orders@bristol-studio.com

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery.

What happens if my package gets lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact our customer service team at orders@bristol-studio.com.  We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of product. Return requests should be sent to info@bristol-studio.com. Refunds to be issued in 3-5 days after the product is returned. Return requests to be reviewed within 24 hours. 

Are there duties, taxes, or additional fees?

Canadian and non-U.S. orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties on their order. We are not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or import fees that may apply depending on your shipping destination. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure all information is entered correctly at checkout.

Are there additional shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary based on your location and shipping method. A breakdown of costs will be shown at checkout.

Are discount codes available?

Discount codes may or may not be available during the sale. If a code is provided, it must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively once an order is placed.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact customer support.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you’re not home, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up your package at a nearby location.

Will restocks be available?

No. Quantities are limited and once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked.

When does the sale start and end?

The Bristol Studio Online Sale runs October 1–2 only.

Are all items authentic?

Yes, all items are 100% authentic and sourced directly from Bristol Studio.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email service@styledemocracy.com with photos within 7 days of receiving it, and our team will help you with a resolution.

Do you offer size guides?

Where available, sizing guides are provided on the product page. Please review them carefully before placing your order, as all sales are final.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
