What are the benefits of becoming a member?

SDClub+ members enjoy:

Perks vary by event, but SDClub+ always delivers a premium experience, and remember, the annual fee will more than pay for itself with the 10% off at your first event!

Do I earn points for purchases I made before joining?

Not yet—but soon, purchases made under your membership will unlock more rewards. To qualify, purchases must be scanned at checkout moving forward.

PROGRAM DETAILS

What is the difference between the free and paid membership?

StyleDemocracy offers two membership tiers:

SDClub (Free Membership): You'll get insider access to all of our warehouse sales and online events across North America. You’ll receive event alerts, curated brand offers, and special online promotions—so you never miss a great deal.

SDClub+ (Paid Membership): Includes everything in SDClub, plus exclusive perks like early access to sales, line bypass at in-person events, members-only sales, and an EXTRA 10% off at select events!

How much does a membership cost?

  • SDClub (Free): $0, Nada, Zip, Zero

  • SDClub+ (Paid):

    • $19.99 + tax for new members

    • $14.99 CAD for your first year if you’re an existing SDClub member upgrading

    • All memberships are billed annually

How do we do this? The annual membership fee is typically far less than members save with our 10% VIP discount, so it’s almost free!

Can I pause or cancel my account at any time?

You can cancel your SDClub+ membership at any time. You’ll continue to have access to all benefits until the end of your current billing period. Sorry, memberships cannot be paused and are non-refundable.

How do I join/register?

First, decide which membership tier is best for you.

Second, just click! You’re already on the membership landing page. Simply select either the free or paid option and sign up using your email. Google and Apple Wallet sign-in options are coming soon.

Can my membership be shared with family or friends? 

SDClub+ memberships and the benefits are for individual use only. Line bypass, early access, and exclusive perks apply only to the registered member and cannot be shared.

Can I bring friends or family with me to an event?

Guests are welcome at events but will not receive member perks unless they have their own membership. Some events include guest entry and lineup, but not an additional VIP discount. 

Can I add previous purchases to my account?

Not yet—but something big is coming. Soon, purchases made under your membership will unlock new rewards and tailored offers. Only purchases scanned at checkout will be eligible for future rewards.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

At our in-person events, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac Debit through our secure,state-of-the-art checkout. Payments are charged in local currency based on your location, with taxes applied as required.

How do recurring payments work?

SDClub+ is billed annually and will auto-renew each year. You’ll receive a reminder before your renewal date and can update your payment method or opt out of renewal anytime by logging into your account.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, memberships are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your benefits continue through the end of your billing period. If you have feedback or need assistance, our support team is happy to help.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

How do I access my account?

Visit the membership portal on our website and click “Log In.” You’ll be able to view your membership status, renewal date, and billing information.

How do I update my personal information?

Please contact customer support to update your name or email address. Changes cannot be made through the portal at this time.

I forgot my password or can’t log in — what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in, email customer service and we’ll help you regain access.

CANCELLATION & RENEWAL

How do I cancel my membership?

Email our customer support team and we’ll handle your cancellation. You’ll retain access through the end of your billing period.

Will I still have access to paid content after I cancel?

Yes, you’ll continue to enjoy all SDClub+ perks until your current term ends.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel anytime. However, memberships are non-refundable once purchased. If you have questions, our support team is here to help.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes, SDClub+ renews annually. You’ll get a reminder before your renewal date so you can make changes if needed.

I canceled but I’m still being charged. What should I do?

Contact customer support and include:

  • The email linked to your account

  • The date you requested cancellation

  • A brief description of the issue
    We’ll look into it and resolve it promptly.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
